Auto Accident Case: Plaintiff sued for soft tissue injuries (whiplash)and medical bills, totaling $11,000 plus $4,000 in lost wages. Settled for the policy limit of $50,000.

Federal Court Civil Suit: for wrongful detention of plaintiff by store security. Plaintiff was subjected to a five minute stop and found not to have any merchandise concealed on his person. Sued for damages. Settled for $13,500.

Auto Accident Case: Plaintiff was rear ended, minor damage to vehicle, whiplash injuries. Treated for 6 weeks and missed work for that period of time. Arbitrator awarded the policy limit of $25,000.

Criminal Case: Client accused of striking a bar patron with a beer bottle. Charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. Found not guilty after trial.

Civil Assault Case: Former employer sues employee for assaulting him at work sight. After the employee was not returned to work from winder lay-offs. Judgment for the employer. No money awarded and corresponding criminal case was dismissed.

Homeowner sued by former developer of subdivision for cutting trees on common land. Sued for $185,00 to replace trees. Case dismissed by Superior Court and Judgment entered for the homeowner.
